ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR FOR DISTRICT RESIDENTS IS NOW OPEN!
If you have a preschool-age student or were previously enrolled in a Los Alamitos Unified School District school, you may already have an account in Aeries. However, Aeries Online Enrollment is a separate system and all new students need to be enrolled by selecting the “Enroll a New Student” button below.
This website is the first step in enrolling students new to Los Alamitos Unified School District and allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling your student(s) for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected.
PLEASE NOTE: Through the online enrollment process, parents have the opportunity to upload pictures or copies of the required documents to complete their enrollment. After the school office reviews documents, parents may be contacted to schedule an appointment to provide physical copies of their documents.
In order to enroll a new student at Los Alamitos Unified School District, you must have a valid address within the Los Alamitos Unified School District boundaries. Before beginning the enrollment process, please click here to verify that your address is within the Los Alamitos Unified School District boundaries and determine your student's home school.

Enrolling your child involves two steps. The first step requires access to the internet and you must have a valid email address; if you do not have a valid email address you will need to create one before continuing.
For the second step you will be contacted by the school to schedule an in-person appointment to finalize the enrollment process.
To get started enrolling a new student, click the Enroll A New Student button below. The on-line process takes approximately 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting you may log out and resume the process at a later time.
When completing information, capitalize the first letter of proper names only, i.e. first name, last name, street name, city, etc. If you use all capital letters the information may not be processed accurately and you may be asked to complete the process again.
If you need to complete a previously saved enrollment, or re-print a registration confirmation report, click the Login button below.
You are strongly encouraged to have all the required documents ready to upload prior to beginning the enrollment process.
Please Note: Your child is not enrolled unless you have been contacted by the School Office Coordinator confirming that all required documents have been successfully submitted.
